Definitions (master-file Key, verbatim logic): At Risk = booked last quarter, nothing in the past 28 days (days since last booking 29 to 90).
Aged Out (Churn) = crossed 90 days without rebooking, within the last 7 days. Rebooked (Success) = booked in the last 7 days after a 28+ day silence.
Cohorts: Enterprise 50+, Mid Market 10 to 49, Small Infrequent under 10 shipments in the last 365 days. Single-shipment accounts are tracked as Prospects and excluded.
Cadence model: per-customer P90 booking-gap threshold (floor 30d, cap 270d) with tiered fallback (30/90/180d). It flags accounts overdue against their own rhythm before the flat 28-day rule fires.
Priority = L365 GP × cohort weight (Ent 2.0 / Mid 1.5 / Small 1.0) × depth into the silence window.
Scope: Explorate-managed shipments only (byo=false), no drafts/cancelled/deleted, internal accounts excluded, GP = SCE totalProfit ex-GST (sentinel-guarded), bookings anchored on shipment created date, cadence on actual departure date.
